From a business perspective, I have always had a strong foothold in the world of B2B and B2C products. I co-create business-valuable digital solutions with development teams and stakeholders. I use extensive skills in the field of service design, product discovery, conducting workshops with stakeholders, as well as modeling and UX basics. Below is a summary of my background and in the menu there are case studies of selected projects that show the use of various tools and the use of my skills.

UX appeared on my professional path in 2018, when I was tasked with running an application project for precise, specialized measurements.
Competitive tools required high precision from the user and many additional accessories.
Ease of use was a potential source of competitive advantage for me, so I analyzed the context of working with the application and designed my first application user path.

When the topic of B2B eBOK came across my desk in 2016, I expanded my knowledge at SWPS in Poznań in the field of Design Thinking.
The implemented eBOK, as a result of the analysis of user needs, has become not only a tool for customer service and product sales, but also an advanced CRM for salespeople and an analytical tool for the company's management. The project was agilely developed for 5 years.

I started my professional career in B2B and B2C marketing, where I was assigned web projects. I focused on achieving maximum promotional effectiveness of these websites.
I quickly learned that the customer needs to be guided along a well-thought-out path, and lead generation is effective when the user receives value or reward for their efforts.
